Privacy during the private pilot

VoiceRouter uses your account identity, submitted text and authorized reference recordings to generate and save speech. Your history and audio are accessible through your signed-in account; generated audio is not published to a public gallery.

Account and task records are stored in PostgreSQL on Neon. Recordings, selected clips and generated audio are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The website and worker run on Railway; submitted text and selected reference clips are processed by the private Index inference service. These services may process data outside your country.

We retain records and audio to support your history and recovery. Automated expiration is not available in this pilot. Uploaded recordings and reference clips can be deleted in your voice library; outputs, historical scripts, backups and account closure require administrator handling. Contact the administrator who provided access for deletion or account questions. Do not submit recordings that you do not have permission to use.
